一.注冊(cè)與入學(xué)
1.所有赴菲學(xué)習(xí)的中國(guó)留學(xué)生必須遵守菲律賓政府的法律法規(guī)，尊重菲律賓人民的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣和價(jià)值信仰，不做任何危害菲律賓國(guó)家和人民安全、利益的事情。

一.注冊(cè)與入學(xué)
1.所有赴菲學(xué)習(xí)的中國(guó)留學(xué)生必須遵守菲律賓政府的法律法規(guī)，尊重菲律賓人民的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣和價(jià)值信仰，不做任何危害菲律賓國(guó)家和人民安全、利益的事情。
Chinese students should obey rules and regulations of Philippine government,respect the culture and beliefs of the natives and not do anything that jeopardizes the securities of the Republic of the Philippines and its people.
2.新生必須按時(shí)報(bào)到，因故不能如期到校注冊(cè)，必須提前請(qǐng)假并說(shuō)明理由和請(qǐng)假時(shí)間，經(jīng)同意后可作為事假處理，無(wú)故逾期不到者，取消入學(xué)資格。
The students must register on time,if not,they must specify the reason/s and time for the late enrollment in advance.When the student gets the approval,it will be considered as personal leave,and if students exceed the time limit without any reason,the admission qualification will be cancelled.
3.所有新生必須用英文填寫大學(xué)注冊(cè)登記表，并遞交照片等相關(guān)資料。
The students must fill out the university Registration Forms in English and submit other requirements such as pictures,etc.
二.學(xué)習(xí)
1.學(xué)校負(fù)責(zé)在學(xué)員上課離開前發(fā)放正式錄取通知書。
The university will issue the official letter of admission before students leave school.
2.博士課程每年集中學(xué)習(xí)兩次，每次三周，其它時(shí)間可由學(xué)員自行安排在菲律賓大學(xué)或菲律賓境外做研究。
The concentrate Doctoral studies is arranged 2 times every year,and about 3 weeks each time.Students can choose to study or do research at school or outside of Philippines in other times.
3.學(xué)員若在規(guī)定上課時(shí)間內(nèi)提前離開，所產(chǎn)生的一切后果由學(xué)員本人承擔(dān)。
If students leave school before the settled time,students should shoulder all the consequences.
4.課堂上積極配合導(dǎo)師教學(xué)并應(yīng)盡量使用英文交流。
Communicate and interact in English with teachers actively in class.
5.出勤率達(dá)不到80%的學(xué)員，導(dǎo)師有權(quán)在考試時(shí)給予不及格處理。
If students attendance rate is lower than 80%,university has the right to let students don“t get the units.
6.若不能按時(shí)完成作業(yè)而影響到考試成績(jī)或畢業(yè)時(shí)間將由學(xué)員本人承擔(dān)損失。Students are responsible for the consequences of unfavorable score or graduation date due to their failure in finishing research work.
7.如在教學(xué)中有意見(jiàn)分歧者，可與項(xiàng)目助理進(jìn)行溝通，項(xiàng)目助理向項(xiàng)目主席匯報(bào)后，由項(xiàng)目主席同相關(guān)老師或部門協(xié)商解決。
